1: Do I need to pay transfer fee if use your requiried payment ways?

Yes.

Bank TT: you need to pay the transfer fee you side bank required.

Western Union: You pay the commission fee according to WU’s policy.

Paypal: You need to pay about 5% commisson fee,we will send payment invoice (with shipping fee and commission fee already) to you by E-mail.

2: What payment ways can you accept?

You can pay to us through Bank Transfer, Paypal,Western Union and Money Gram, TT, L/C and etc.

1: What’s your warranty policy?

Usually, our warranty period is 1 year.

2: Does DL’s products come with warranty?

Yes. All installed DL’s products are backed by our 1-year limited warranty beginning from the date of completed installation.

3: How to make the warranty?

• Usually we will test all the products before delivery to make sure all the parts works well.
• Our defective rate of cargo is less than 0.03%, but we can not guarantee 100% perfect products for thousands of orders. So we make long-time and easy warranty.
• After we check the feedback of customer, include products number, pictures and detailed description, if it’s DL’s duty, the replacements will be send in next order.  (Product must be used in accordance with the use instructions and warnings.)

1: Do you have samples in stock?

The most common items will be on stock, but we do not reserve all the items in stock. Please check it with our service department.

2: Can I place sample order?

Of course you can. We always suggest customers to make sample order first for testing quality and market.

3: Can you provide free sample?

Sorry, Free samples are not available for the high value of the goods. But after you place the OEM order, samples cost would be return.

4: Sample charge

Sample charge: sample charge+shipping charge or send them by freight collect. (Sampe cost will return after place order)

5: Sample delivery

Sample time: 30days, If you need accessories customized by yourself, sample time is 45 -60 days.

How do I know my order preparation process?

Our sales will send you a report E-mail every 3 or 4 days and take some photoes about the preparation.

Well, we’d say it depends on different regions, for more details, please consult our sales representatives.

2:Do you accept OEM order?

OEM order is warmly welcomed in Rambotech and we have lots of successful experiences in doing OEM projects. What’s more, we have design team who can give you the professional suggestions on package, silk printing, etc.

3: I am a online dealer in my country, can I order from you?

Yes, you can. Only if you really want to import from us.
we will try our best to slove all problems you need to confirm.We will do a good adviser of you in China.

4: Cargo delivery

Lead time: 30-50 days after files confirmed or sample approved (depend on order qty)
