1. Material Inspection to Guarantee Reliability
All materials go through IQC procedures before DL’s team uses them.
Any to produce torch Components like ignition, Safety switch, and nozzles undergo performance testing.
Using the parts and materials that pass our IQC process significantly streamlines DL UNIQUE’s production process and minimizes waste. The inspections allow us to provide you with the reliable performance of our gas torch.
2. Quality Control During Production
Every step in DL UNIQUE’s gas torch production is critical to the quality. Part of our QC standards includes assembly inspection and PCB inspection after SMT.
3. 100% Test to Deliver Consistent Quality
Completed DL UNIQUE gas torch go through final quality control procedures, which include 100%Ignition test and aging test, to check the products’ lifespan.
FQC tests assure you that our fire torch performs as promised. The use of our products will improve the fuel efficiency by 20%, and its stable working condition and good performance, will bring you more orders and repeat customers.
4. Strong Packaging for flame gun
Protecting your orders during delivery is always important to Dl UNIQUE. Products are in corrugated board and color box or blister packaging to make sure there’s no damage on the way.
